Copy a Media Group

To copy a Media Group:

1. Go to Explore > Media Groups click on the title of the Media Group you want to copy. This will open the Media Group.

2. From the Media Group tool bar select Copy.  

3. Choose a unique name of the copied Media Group.

4. Determine whether this group will be public or private.

5. Add a password (optional).

6. Select a folder to save the copied group into.

7. Select the copied group as your new Active Media Group if you choose.

8. Add a description (optional).

If a Media Group contains images which have annotations saved to it, and the Media Group is copied, the annotations will not be copied. The only way annotations can be copied is if they have been saved at the collection level.
