Create Web Links

To use the Web Link function from the Create/Edit Links button in the Image Workspace Tool:

1. After the Create/Edit Links tool is opened, you can click on the Web New box.  You are now in the web design window.

2. Click on the Set Link: Point box. to set-up the link on the active image.

3. Click a point on the active image to anchor the link.  A Web Link icon will appear.  This is where the web link will be placed.  Your web link is now anchored on the active image.

You can also change the color of the Web Link icon by choosing a color from the Select Color list box in the Web Link editor window.  

4. Next, find the web page that you would like to link to the image..  

Either type in the complete World Wide Web address in the editor window that asks for the web address (for example, www.lunaimaging.com), or select the Browse button to find a particular web address that you would like to link to your image.  

5. Click once on the Web Link icon on your active image.  You will be taken to the Web address of your designation.

6. Register your web link.by providing the name of the Author:, name of your organization, and your e-mail address in the Web Link editor.

Once these steps are completed, the orange lettering will turn to white and you can Save your web link.  To start over, select either Cancel or Delete.
