To use the Media Link function from the Create/Edit Links button in the Image Workspace Tool:
After the Create/Edit Links tool is opened, you can click on the Media New box. You are now in the media design window. Before you can create your media link, you will need to bring the items into the Image Workspace that you want to link. You are able to link an image to an image, an image to sound or an image to video.
If there are any annotations, define the anchor position for your annotations on the active image.
Click on the Set Link:point box to activate your mouse. Click on the active image. When you do this, the small media link icon will show up on the active image at the point where you clicked.
Return to the link editor window and click select media. Click the other object that you would like to link (another image, sound, or video).
Register your media link by typing in your name where it reads Author: Also, type in the name of your organization and provide your e-mail address.
Once you complete these steps, the orange lettering will turn to white; you will be ready to Save your media link. If you want to change or cancel your options, you can click the Delete or Cancel buttons..
