Managing Collection Access
To the left is a list of User Groups currently associated with your collection. Selecting a User Group will display its associated properties under User Group Properties.

Click New to add a User Group. Hint: For easy identification in User Access, include the collection name in the User Group Name.

1. Define a Name for your User Group. Note: You will be unable to change the group name after the group has been created.

2. Select a Profile to associate with the group of users. Use General and Restricted profiles to limit access to Insight JVA and Browser Insight.

3. Define an Access Key for the User Group.

4. Click OK to apply changes and return to the Task Menu.
