At Luna Imaging, Inc. ("Luna") we believe that privacy is a very important. This Privacy Statement explains what information we will collect and store about you or your institution. It also explains how that information is used by Luna and to what extent that information is shared with others. By registering and using the Luna Insight Software or providing us your e-mail address during the registration process, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Statement.

Upon registering your installation of the licensed Luna Software, you are requested to provide Luna with the information listed below. This information is required in order to make you eligible to receive e-newsletters regarding up to the minute product news, upgrades, and tips and tricks. In addition, your feedback will help in tailoring future releases to the needs of our clients.

System Configuration Information
Following registration of your licensed Luna Software, Luna collects system specific configuration information to assist Luna Imaging, Inc. in providing support to you as a customer.

• IP address
• Hostname
• Machine Type
• Operating System (version of the operating system on the host system upon which the licensed Luna Imaging Software is installed).
• Product & Features Installed

Information Related To System Activity
Your licensed Luna Imaging Software does not collect and report information to Luna related to the ways in which you use the licensed Luna Software to Luna or any third party. The licensed Luna Software does not keep track of your other activities on the computer or other devices on which the Software resides. The licensed Luna Software does collect and retain logging information related to system activity on the local host system upon which the licensed software is installed for licensed customer use. This logging information may be made available to Luna by the Customer system administrator for support and diagnostic purposes. Such information will only be used by Luna for support and diagnostic purposes.

IP Address
The IP (Internet Protocol) address from which your host system is used to communicate with the Luna Imaging, Inc. during software registration. Your IP address is retained to allow Luna to update software and to help us diagnose potential problems with your software, network and servers.

Security
Luna has established special procedures designed to protect the information that we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. Please contact us at contact@luna-img.com if you would like more specific information on the security measures and technology that we have in place.

Business Transfers and Required Disclosures
In the event that someone buys or acquires Luna Imaging, Inc. or substantially all of its assets, our information about you and your use of the licensed Luna Imaging Software will be one of the acquired assets. In addition, Luna may be required by law, regulation or by a government body or agency to disclose some or all of your information. We will make all such required disclosures that we deem appropriate under the circumstances.

Updates to this Privacy Statement
Product development, regulatory changes or other circumstances may require us to add to or otherwise modify this Privacy Statement. In the event that we do amend this Privacy Statement, we will:

• make the updated statement available in new releases of the licensed Luna Software during the installation and registration process through one of the drop down menus;
• send a notice or the updated Privacy Statement to you to the email address you have given us, and
• post the updated Privacy Statement on our web site at http://www.lunaimaging.com /privacy.

The updated Privacy Statement will be effective as of the date indicated at the top of the Privacy Statement.
